What You’ll Do
- Lead tenant improvement projects from start to finish.
- Build strong client and trade relationships.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts with confidence.
- Solve challenges while keeping quality and safety top priority.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of project management experience (tenant improvements an asset).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Procore, Smartsheet's, and construction contracts.

Compensation
$115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
